Product Description

A+E 60L radar level meter is an advanced radar level measurement instrument, the maximum measuring distance of which is 20 meters, and can be used for the material level measuring of storage tanks, buffer tanks or process containers, and various stock bins, output 4 ... 20mA analog signal.
Measurement Principle
High frequency microwave pulses are transmitted and received through the antenna system, radar wave runs at the speed of light, the running time of which can be converted into a level signal through electronic parts. A special kind of time-extending method will ensure the stable and precise measurement. Even if working conditions are comparatively complex and false echoes exist, we can still indentify the echo wave of material level through the latest micro-processing technology and debugging software.
High-Temperature 6.3GHz Radar Level Meter (A+E 60LE)
The antenna system receives the reflected microwave pulse and transmits it to the electronic circuit, the micro-processor will process the signal, identify the echo wave generated on the material level surface. The correct identification of echo wave is completed by intellectual software, the precision of which can reach millimeter-level. The distance D to material surface is in direct proportion to time-stroke T of impulse: D=C×T/2 (where, C indicates velocity of light). As the empty tank distance E is already known, the material level L is: L=E-D
